    Create an account and unlock free subscription

  • ✓   Enter your valid email address
    ✓  Check your email to copy the OTP sent to your email address
    ✓  Insert the 4-digit OTP in the space provided on the app
    ✓  Create and confirm your password
    ✓  Tick the terms and conditions and privacy policy boxes
    ✓  Enable your location to meet awesome people
    ✓  Congratulations! your Baddhia account has been successfully created.

  • ✓   Sign-up on the App
    ✓   Select your purpose on the app; Choose an option from the list of four (4) options available
    ✓   Complete your Profile
    ✓   Complete the Personality Evaluation
    ✓   State your passion; Select at least five (5) hobbies/interests
    ✓   Click on the “Store Icon” at the bottom navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Click on “Categories” on the side navigation menu of the store and click on “Subscription Plans”
    ✓   Claim your 2 weeks of free subscription.

  • Buy and view active subscription plan and unlock paid features

  • ✓   Click on the “Store Icon” at the bottom navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Click on “Categories” on the side navigation menu of the store and click on “Subscription Plans”
    ✓   Select the type of subscription plan you want to buy
    ✓   Select the duration of the subscription plan
    ✓   Click on “Buy Plan” on the “subscription interface”
    ✓   The system algorithm will check if you have sufficient balance in your “Baddhia Main Wallet”
    ✓   Your subscription plan will be activated.

  • ✓   Click on the “Settings Tab” on the side navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Click on “Settings” on the profile interface
    ✓   Scroll down to the “manage subscription” item on the settings page
    ✓   Click on “Manage Subscription” to view your active subscription plan.

  • ✓   Click on “Settings Tab” on the side navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Click on “Settings” on the profile interface
    ✓   Scroll down to the paid feature section on the settings page
    ✓   Click on the item that you want to unlock
    ✓   Select your preferred option from the list of items displayed
    ✓   Select the “duration of the subscription” on the “subscription interface”
    ✓   Click on “Buy Plan” on the “subscription interface”
    ✓   The algorithm will check if you have sufficient balance in your “Baddhia Main Wallet”
    ✓   The selected item will be activated for your use.

  • Fund, Share and Withdraw from your Wallet

  • ✓   Click on the “Wallet Tab” on the side navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Click on the “Fund Wallet Icon” on the Main Wallet interface
    ✓   Enter the amount you want to fund e.g., N1,000
    ✓   Click on “Continue”
    ✓   Select your preferred payment method e.g.,
       a) Pay with Account (Select your bank from the list of banks)
       b) Pay with Card (Enter your card details). Note that the CVC is the last three digits behind your card
       c) Pay with Bank Transfer (Copy the generated account number and make a transfer to it)
       d) Pay with USSD: Select your bank and dial the USSD code on your phone.
    ✓   Click on “Pay”
    ✓   Congrats! You’ve successfully funded your wallet.

  • ✓   Exit the “Main Wallet” interface and return to home page
    ✓   Click on the “Wallet Tab” again.
       If the above did not work;
    ✓   Check your email for a payment receipt.
    ✓   If you got an email showing “Successful Transaction”, please reach out to Baddhia customer support via support@baddhia.com or WhatsApp.
    ✓   If you didn’t get any email, it means the transaction wasn’t successful i.e., wait for another 12-24hrs for your bank to reverse the money.

  • ✓   Click on the “Wallet Tab” on the side navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Click on the “Share Funds Icon” on the Main Wallet interface
    ✓   Enter the correct email address of the recipient and the amount you want to fund e.g., N1,000
    ✓   Click on “Continue”
    ✓   Enter your login password for verification
    ✓   Click on “Share Funds”
    ✓   Check your “Transaction History” to see details of the transaction.

  • ✓   Click on the “Wallet Tab” on the side navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Slide from the “Main Wallet” to the “Gallery Wallet” interface
    ✓   Click on “Transfer Funds” to move the balance to your Main Wallet
    ✓   Click on the “Withdraw Icon” on the Main Wallet interface
    ✓   Select your “Bank” from the list of available banks
    ✓   Enter your “Bank Account Name” and “Account Number”. Note: Account details must correspond with your profile name
    ✓   Enter the “Amount” you want to “Withdraw”
    ✓   Enter your “Withdrawal PIN”
    ✓   Tick the terms and conditions box
    ✓   Click on “Withdraw”
    ✓   Baddhia will review your “Withdrawal Request” and credit your bank account.

  • Buy, Send and Receive Display and CTA Emoji

  • ✓   Click on the “Store Icon” at the bottom navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Click on “Categories” on the side navigation menu of the store and click on “Display Emojis”
    ✓   Select the type of “Display Emoji” that you want to buy
    ✓   Click on the selected emoji to view its content
    ✓   Click on “Add to Cart”
    ✓   Click on the “Cart Icon” to view selected items
    ✓   Click on “Pay now”
    ✓   The algorithm will check if you have sufficient balance in your “Baddhia Main Wallet”
    ✓   The purchased emoji will be added to your “Display Emoji Library” in the chat section.

  • ✓   Click on the “Chat Icon” at the bottom navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Navigate and click on “Chat” on the Chat interface
    ✓   Click the “User Profile” you want to chat with
    ✓   Click on the “Envelop Icon” on the keyboard interface
    ✓   Click on the “Display Emoji Icon” at the footer of the keyboard interface
    ✓   Select any of the purchased emojis added to your library
    ✓   An edit interface will pop up; Edit the content of the display emoji if you wish to
    ✓   Click on “Send”
    ✓   The display emoji will be delivered to the recipient inside an envelope
    ✓   The recipient will click on the envelope to view the content of the display emoji.

  • ✓   Click on the “Store Icon” at the bottom navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Click on “Categories” on the side navigation menu of the store and click on “CTA Emojis”
    ✓   Click on any category displayed under the “CTA Emojis” e.g., Food, Grocery etc.
    ✓   Select the type of product/service that you want to buy
    ✓   Click on the selected product/service to view its description
    ✓   Click on “Add to Cart”
    ✓   Click on the “Cart Icon” to view selected items
    ✓   Select the number of units needed and view the “Order Summary”
    ✓   Click on “Pay now”
    ✓   The algorithm will check if you have sufficient balance in your “Baddhia Main Wallet”
    ✓   The purchased item will be added to your “CTA Emoji Library” in the chat section.

  • ✓   Click on the “Chat Icon” at the bottom navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Navigate and click on “Chat” on the Chat interface
    ✓   Click the “User Profile” you want to chat with
    ✓   Click on the “Envelop Icon” on the keyboard interface
    ✓   Click on the “CTA Emoji Icon” at the footer of the keyboard interface
    ✓   Each purchased item will be wrapped in a gift box
    ✓   Select any of the gift boxes in your library
    ✓   The content inside the gift box will pop up
    ✓   Click on “Send”
    ✓   The CTA emoji will be delivered to the recipient inside a gift box
    ✓   The recipient will click on the gift box to view its content
    ✓   The recipient will click on the “Accept” or “Reject” button
    ✓   The sender will receive a notification on the “Accept” or “Reject” decision.

  • ✓   Tap on the gift box on the chat interface to view its content
    ✓   Click on “Accept”; you will be redirected to fill in your delivery details
    ✓   Click on “Submit”
    ✓   Your order will be processed and delivered to your doorstep.

  • ✓   Click on the “Store Icon” at the bottom navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Click on “Pending Reconciliations” on the side navigation menu of the store
    ✓   Scroll and click on the item you want to confirm on the “Pending Reconciliations” interface
    ✓   Click on “Item Received”
    ✓   Click “Ok” on the pop-up message displayed.

  • ✓   Proceed to the location of the “Service Provider” e.g., Maryland (Cinema), Lekki (Gym), Magodo (Spa), Ikoyi (Restaurant) etc.
    ✓   Greet and introduce yourself to the representative of the “Service Provider”
    ✓   Open your Baddhia App
    ✓   Click on the “Store Icon” at the bottom navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Click on “Pending Reconciliations” on the side navigation menu of the store
    ✓   Scroll and click on the item you want to confirm on the “Pending Reconciliations” interface
    ✓   Reconcile your “Baddhia Access Code” with the representative attending to you
    ✓   Receive the Service
    ✓   The “Service Provider” will reconcile your access code with Baddhia, and the service will be confirmed.

  • Give and Receive Monetary Appreciation on your Gallery Content

  • ✓   Click on the “Gallery Icon” at the bottom navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Click on the “Images” or “Videos” tab in the header section
    ✓   Click on the “Upload Icon” to upload an Image or Video
    ✓   Select “I want Appreciation” to receive appreciation on your content
    ✓   Click on “Post Image” or “Post Video”
    ✓   Congrats! Your content has been monetized.

  • ✓   Click on the “Gallery Icon” at the bottom navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Click on the “Image” or “Video” tab in the header section
    ✓   Click on “View”; A pop-up message will be displayed, requesting that you show appreciation
    ✓   Click on “Accept”
    ✓   Enter a minimum amount of N500 for Image or N1,000 for Video
    ✓   Click on “Show Appreciation”
    ✓   The algorithm will check if you have sufficient balance in your “Baddhia Main Wallet”
    ✓   Click “Ok” on the pop-up message to view the “Image” or “Video”.

  • Invite, Migrate and Remove an Exclusive Partner

  • ✓   Click on the “Invite an Exclusive Partner Tab” on the side navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Enter the “Username” of the User that you want to invite
    ✓   Click on “Search”; The User Profile will be displayed
    ✓   Click on “Send Invite”; The “Invitee” will receive a notification from you
    ✓   The “Invitee” will click on “Accept” to accept the exclusive partner invitation
    ✓   You will receive a notification that your invitation has been accepted
    ✓   A golden crown will be placed on the “Profile Picture” of the exclusive partner on the “Paired” interface.
       You can also Invite by Sending an Invite Link
    ✓   Click on the “Invite an Exclusive Partner Tab” on the side navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Click on “Send Invite Link”; An interface will be displayed where you can choose which medium to use e.g., Send via WhatsApp, Facebook, Email etc.
    ✓   The recipient of the link will click on the link and be redirected to either the Play store to download or the “Accept” / “Decline” interface to accept the invitation
    ✓   The “Invitee” will click on “Accept” to accept the exclusive partner invitation
    ✓   You will receive a notification that your invitation has been accepted
    ✓   A golden crown will be placed on the “Profile Picture” of the exclusive partner on the “Paired” interface.

  • ✓   Click on the “Chat Icon” at the bottom navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Navigate and click on “Paired” on the Chat interface
    ✓   Click the “Menu Icon” on the Profile you want to migrate
    ✓   Select “Invite as Exclusive User” from the pop-up list
    ✓   The “Invitee” will receive a notification from you
    ✓   The “Invitee” will click on “Accept” to accept the exclusive partner invitation
    ✓   You will receive a notification that your invitation has been accepted
    ✓   A golden crown will be placed on the “Profile Picture” of the exclusive partner on the “Paired” interface.

  • ✓   Click on the “Chat Icon” at the bottom navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Navigate and click on “Paired” on the Chat interface
    ✓   Click the “Menu Icon” on the Profile that has a golden crown on its profile picture
    ✓   Click on “Delete Exclusive Partner” from the pop-up list
    ✓   Click on “Delete” on the pop-up box to confirm your intention
    ✓   The golden crown will be removed from the top of the profile picture.

  • Change your Account Password

  • ✓   Click on the “Settings Tab” on the side navigation menu of the home page
    ✓   Click on “Settings” on the profile interface
    ✓   Scroll down to the “change password” item on the settings page
    ✓   Click on “Change Password” to set a new password
    ✓   Enter your current password
    ✓   Enter and confirm a new password
    ✓   Click on “Confirm & Proceed”; An OTP will be sent to your registered phone number
    ✓   Enter the 4-digit OTP in the space provided
    ✓   Click on “Verify & Proceed”
    ✓   Congratulations! Your password has been changed successfully.
